Game Administrator(GA) has Game Operator authority and power over all servers, but his primary task is not the direct daily user support. His work is to choose new Game Operator and to promote GOs into Super GameOperator. He also is in charge of maintaining Game Rules and translations. His job is to report new founded bugs to the management. If you have the complaints on Super GameOperator, you need GA.



Super GameOperator



Super GameOperator(SGO) has GO authorities and powers on several servers. His work is to monitor GameOperators work and also to help them in making decision about some not specified in the Game Rules issues. If you have the complaints on the work GameOperator, talk with SGO.

Enforcing the Game Rules on their server, ban players which break Game Rules, extend the help and user support on the board. In charge for the user complaints. Talk to your server GO, via private message or email, about ban issues. If you have complaints about their work, contact their superiors, SGOs.

Now, its absolute important that you firstly contact GO(your server) or MOD for your issue. If you are not satisfied with answer or you think that you've been mistreated by MOD or GO, you then should go to their superiors, SGOs(depending on the server you play) or SMODs(any is good enough).

That is correct procedure if you have issue ingame/on the board or if you have issue with MOD or GO.
If you have issue with SGO/SMOD staff member, then you should go to their superiors Board Admin or Game Admin.

If GA/BA do not reply to you or you want to complain about their work... then you message Koop.
