Board Administrators(BA) manage the board. If its necessary add new board sections, block(ban) some users from entering the board, update rules of the board, choose Moderators and promote Moderators in Super Moderators. They are also authorized and responsible for the work of moderators and super moderators. If you have complaints on Super Moderators, you go to Board Administrator. BA is also responsible for order, and bringing new ideas to the board. If you have problems with registration, with technical side of the board, you should talk again with BA.


Super Moderator





Super Moderators(SMOD) have Moderators authorities and powers at all board sections.They're take care of the quality of Moderator's work, they're giving bans to the users which breaks Board Rules. So if its necessary that you would like to change your board nickname or change the user title you need SMOD if you would like to complain on MOD or his/hers
board work, its necessary to talk with SMOD.



Board Moderator

Taking care of rules being applied on their board section, they can close / move / clean and delete threads, issue warnings to the board members which do not obey the rules. If have the complaint on the work of moderators, contact their superiors, Super Moderator.

Now, its absolute important that you firstly contact GO(your server) or MOD for your issue. If you are not satisfied with answer or you think that you've been mistreated by MOD or GO, you then should go to their superiors, SGOs(depending on the server you play) or SMODs(any is good enough).
That is correct procedure if you have issue ingame/on the board or if you have issue with MOD or GO.
If you have issue with SGO/SMOD staff member, then you should go to their superiors Board Admin or Game Admin.

If GA/BA do not reply to you or you want to complain about their work...
then you message Koop.
