why is my dex 200 decreased in the fight against ppl

my dex is 435, but when i fight against ppl

it is only showed 235

i lost almost every fight because of it

There was a lot of simmilar threads about this one

Probably its because of stat decreasing equipment most likely Frost gloves which decreases oponents Dex by so much points
